What You’ll Do • Manage a full caseload—from intake to resolution—with autonomy and strategic oversight • Advocate for injured clients in settlement negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings • Prepare compelling demand packages, legal briefs, and trial-ready files • Collaborate with an experienced legal team committed to winning—and doing it the right way Who You Are • Licensed to practice law in Virginia • Minimum 3 years of successful litigation and trial experience in personal injury (plaintiff side preferred) • Excellent communicator and negotiator with a track record of delivering results • Passionate about helping people rebuild their lives after serious injury • Bilingual in Spanish?
