The Personal Injury Litigation Attorney will manage a litigation‑heavy caseload from filing through resolution. Responsibilities: • Handle a full caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and catastrophic injury cases • Conduct client consultations, evaluate claims, and develop case strategies • Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and settlement demands • Negotiate effectively with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel • Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and court proceedings • Maintain detailed case documentation and ensure compliance with firm processes Qualifications: • Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia (required) • 3–5+ years of personal injury litigation experience • Strong deposition, motion‑practice, and courtroom advocacy skills • Excellent legal writing, analytical, and negotiation abilities • Ability to manage multiple cases with discipline, organization, and attention to detail • Client‑focused mindset with excellent communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team • Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of litigation strategy • Computer proficiency is essential Compensation: $140,000 - $180,000
