    A busy personal injury law firm in Irvine, California, is seeking a dependable and organized Spanish-speaking Legal Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position assisting case managers and attorneys with daily case handling, client communication, and administrative support. Compensation & Benefits • Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) • Paid holidays and vacation • Performance-based bonuses • Opportunities for training and career growth Responsibilities: • Request and follow up on police reports, medical records, and insurance claims • Draft, mail, and track correspondence, letters, and settlement checks • Open new claims and maintain communication with insurance adjusters • Handle property damage claims and assist clients with repairs or reimbursements • Electronically file court documents and maintain organized digital case files • Take client calls and provide clear, professional updates • Assist with case openings, document management, and general office support • Communicate professionally with clients in both English and Spanish Qualifications: • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal) — required • Prior personal injury or legal office experience preferred • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong interpersonal and client service skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with legal software (Litify, Filevine, or Needles) is a plus • Must be available full-time, in-office (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) Ideal Candidate Summary The right person for this role is reliable, proactive, and service-oriented.
