A respected personal injury law firm is seeking a Personal Injury Legal Assistant/Paralegal (4922) to support its litigation team. This is a document-heavy role focused on reviewing discovery and medical records, summarizing case information, and assisting with litigation preparation. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-volume cases while developing litigation support skills in a collaborative office environment.

** Key Responsibilities:**

• Review discovery documents and medical records, summarizing key information accurately
• Assist with case preparation for civil litigation matters
• Manage electronic files and document organization
• Support attorneys with general litigation administrative tasks
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all work
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and other legal support staff

** Qualifications:**

• Personal injury litigation experience preferred (plaintiff or defense)
• Legal assistant or paralegal experience; open to recent graduates with law school aspirations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume document review
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
• Ability to work effectively in-office with option for 1-2 days remote once acclimated

This role provides meaningful exposure to high-volume litigation support work, including document review, case summarization, and general legal support. The position offers a development path to more advanced paralegal duties, the opportunity to learn from an experienced team, and a collaborative office environment. Flexible hybrid work is possible after an initial in-office period.

** Compensation:** $70,000 to $80,000 Annually, DOE
