We’re seeking a Legal Case Manager to join our growing Personal Injury team in Northwest Houston. In this role, you’ll guide clients through the recovery process, coordinate medical care, maintain regular communication, and manage case details using our legal software. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, highly organized, and has strong customer service skills. Experience with personal injury law, Texas insurance claims, and Litify is a plus. This is a full-time, in-office position with competitive pay and benefits. Responsibilities: Job Duties • Actively manage and follow up on medical care of clients, help coordinate and encourage complete treatment of all injuries • Coordinate within the intake department to evaluate and signup new clients, including in-person (home and hospital) signups • Confidently meet with potential clients or established clients in person • Contact medical providers • Maintain contact with clients, promptly respond to all client inquiries • Verify insurance coverage and maintain contact with the insurance company • Organize and maintain cases using case management software General Position Expectations • Master organization skills while working in a fast-paced environment, prioritize work, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Strong knowledge of Texas laws as it applies to personal injury limits, claims, motor vehicle accidents, and insurance • Must have solid knowledge relative to local medical providers, clinics, diagnostic centers, etc. Qualifications: Minimum Requirements • High School Diploma • Expert customer service skills • Advanced level of critical thinking, attention to detail, multi-tasking, naturally well organized, and can work well under pressure • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Skills • Bilingual English and Spanish (i.e., read and write) is a big plus • Litify case management software is a big plus Compensation: $22 - $26 hourly
