As an Associate Attorney in our hybrid pre-litigation and litigation role, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full case cycle, develop your litigation skills, and work closely with a seasoned trial attorney. Responsibilities: • Manage a mixed caseload of pre-litigation and litigation personal injury cases. • Take ownership of cases from beginning to end, including demands, filings, hearings, mediations, and trial prep. • Draft demands, pleadings, motions, and discovery responses. • Conduct and defend depositions, mediations, and hearings. • Collaborate on case strategy with senior attorneys, ensuring client-centered representation. • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, insurance adjusters, and medical providers. • Ensure thorough file management and compliance with deadlines. Qualifications: • 2 - 6 years of experience in personal injury law (pre-litigation and some litigation exposure required). • Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and case management abilities. • Ability to balance empathy for clients with strong courtroom presence. • Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia. Compensation: $100,000 - 120,000 +Bonuses yearly
