Litigation Associate Attorney – Personal Injury (Hybrid | Beverly Hills, CA) Salary: $100,000 – $250,000 per year + bonus structure

We are a high-volume, well-established personal injury litigation firm in Beverly Hills seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join our growing team.

This position is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment, wants extensive hands-on experience, and values working within a structured team supported by dedicated staff.

Responsibilities:

Manage personal injury litigation cases from lawsuit through resolution

Draft and respond to written discovery

Take and defend depositions

Attend mediations and court appearances

You will work closely with the senior attorneys and will not be expected to handle trials independently without guidance.

Qualifications:

Active California Bar License (required)

2+ years of personal injury litigation experience (preferred but not required)

Experience with depositions, discovery, and court appearances

Strong communication and organizational skills

Client-focused and professional demeanor

Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment

Familiarity with FileVine, Outlook, and Dropbox preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

$100,000 – $250,000 per year, depending on experience and performance
