If that’s you, keep reading. • Base salary: $150,000 • Bonus: Percentage of fees collected - real, upside earning potential tied directly to your results • Work model: Hybrid up to 2 days remote per week after your first 90 days • PTO: 3 weeks paid time off after 90 days + paid sick time • Benefits: Health insurance • Support team: Dedicated paralegal, case manager, and intake support so you can focus on lawyering • Growth: Collaborative culture with real opportunities for long-term career growth and advancement Responsibilities: • Manage personal injury cases from filing through resolution • Advise clients, consult with experts, and build a case strategy early • Communicate directly with opposing counsel and insurance carriers • Prepare and respond to discovery, motions, and pleadings • Represent clients at hearings, trials, mediations, and depositions • Manage case timelines and deadlines in coordination with your support staff Qualifications: • 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience - this is required, not preferred • Active Texas Bar license in good standing • D. from an accredited law school • Deep knowledge of PI law, wrongful death, and civil litigation • Strong drafting, research, negotiation, and client communication skills • A collaborative mindset - we operate as a team and want attorneys who are invested in building something great together Compensation: $150,000 Base salary
