    The Personal Injury Litigation Attorney will handle cases from filing through resolution, including trial preparation. This role requires strong litigation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage cases efficiently while providing excellent client service. Responsibilities: • Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation matters from filing through resolution, ensuring consistent case progression with no stagnation • Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents • Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances • Develop case strategies, evaluate liability and damages, and proactively move cases toward resolution • Meet monthly settlement targets based on caseload and case complexity • Ensure compliance with all court deadlines and procedural requirements while advancing cases efficiently through each phase • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and internal team members • Track and manage key performance metrics, including settlements per month, case movement, and overall case lifecycle • Prepare cases for trial, including witness preparation, evidence organization, and trial strategy • Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely and efficient case handling Qualifications: • Active license to practice law in Florida • 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience preferred • Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court rules • Experience handling depositions, hearings, and mediations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
