The Law Office of Ligori & Ligori is looking for the next super Personal Injury Paralegal Assistant.

Job Duties:

Provide legal support to Personal Injury Attorneys and Paralegal

Prepare outgoing Discovery.

Draft answers to all incoming Discovery.

Review incoming Discovery for complete answers and responses.

Draft appropriate Good Faith Letters and Motions to Compel.

Review court scheduling docket to ascertain the judges availability for scheduling various hearings.

File all Court documents that are required in the E-File portal.

Schedule Hearings, Arbitrations Trial, Mediations, and Depositions; and prepare the appropriate Notices.

Communicate with Opposing counsel to clear all scheduling dates.

Other Litigation duties as assigned.

Benefits:

$55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year.

Plus, potential for monthly bonuses.

1 week paid vacation after 6 months.

2 weeks paid vacation after one year.

3 weeks of paid vacation after two years.

6 paid personal/sick days per year.

$50,000 life insurance policy paid by the firm.

Health insurance (4 different options to choose from, including a Health Savings Account – HSA), basic packet health insurance paid in full by the firm.

Dental and vision are paid for by the firm.

Health benefits are available on the first of the month after 30 days of employment.

Qualifications:

Must have excellent organizational skills.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Self-starter and self-motivated, able to meet deadlines.

Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus.

Exemplary tenure with previous employers.

Must pass a criminal background check.

Preferred if the candidate is a Florida Bar Certified paralegal.
