Responsibilities: • Manage and organize all phases of personal injury litigation, ensuring every detail is meticulously handled from start to finish. • Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, to keep cases moving forward efficiently. • Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and experts to gather and analyze information, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, so our team can access critical information quickly and easily. • Assist attorneys in trial preparation, ensuring all materials are ready and strategies are clear for a successful outcome. • Schedule and coordinate depositions, hearings, and meetings, keeping everyone on track and informed. • Conduct legal research to support case strategies, providing valuable insights that strengthen our position in court. Qualifications: • Experience in personal injury litigation, with a strong understanding of case management from start to finish. • Ability to organize and maintain detailed case files, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. • Proven track record of building and maintaining positive client relationships with empathy and professionalism. • Skilled in drafting litigation documents, including disclosures, notices, and trial subpoenas. • Proficiency in summarizing complex information from large documents into concise, actionable insights. • Strong ability to calendar and manage litigation deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks. • Experience in maintaining professional communication with Opposing Counsel, their staff, and the Courts, both state and federal, is essential for success in this role. Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 yearly including bonus incentives
