We are a growing and fast-paced Personal Injury Law Firm located in the heart of Queens, New York. We are seeking an experienced, diligent, and motivated Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of *3+ years of experience *who is willing to grow with the firm. Must be diligent with deadlines, court calendar, case management, and experience with a high-volume litigation and law practice environment. Responsibilities: • Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation. • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and insurance companies to gather necessary information. • Maintain organized case files and update attorneys on case developments. • Coordinate scheduling of depositions, hearings, and trials. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal • Litigation Experience is a Must • Well-versed in Personal Injury • Ability to handle a caseload independently • Preference to candidates familiar with SmartAdvocate • Excellent communication and organization abilities • Diligent and Able to Work with court calendar Compensation: $65,000 - $95,000 yearly
