Responsibilities: • Draft and prepare legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court requirements • Coordinate and manage case files, maintaining meticulous records for easy access and retrieval • Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions by organizing exhibits and evidence • Communicate with clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information to support their cases • Conduct legal research to support case strategies, ensuring our team is always well-informed • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and court appearances to keep the team on track • Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies, contributing your insights and expertise to achieve the best outcomes for clients Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in personal injury law • Strong knowledge of personal injury litigation procedures and terminology • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. This is a fast-paced position that will require you to handle multiple projects at the same time • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Knowledge of Smokeball is a plus, but not required • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
