With a salary range of $48,000-$55,000, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team. Responsibilities: • Work directly with our trial attorneys to organize and prepare cases for trial in Virginia General District Courts • Communicate with clients and health care providers to gather information and documents necessary to prepare their cases for trial • Prepare and send witness and document subpoenas • Prepare documents for service of process • Prepare General District court pleadings associated with the litigation process. • Answering Bill of Particulars and gathering evidence to prepare the attorney for trial in the General District Court • Communicate with Courts, scheduling dates for court hearings, trials Qualifications: • At least 3-5 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting, preferably specializing in personal injury law • Excellent organizational skills, and time-management skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Proficient computer and technology skills, including MS OFFICE Suite and case management systems Compensation: $48,000 - $55,000 yearly
