Litigation Attorney Wanted: Join a Growing Personal Injury Firm

Base Pay: $150,000.00 per year Case Bonus : 10% attorneys’ fees Location: Houston, Texas

Who We’re Looking For:

A driven plaintiff-side litigation attorney with at least three years of experience and a growth mindset. You’re not just any litigator—you’re someone with experience deposing and designating different experts and wants to further your skills by learning what the best attorneys in the country are doing to get top verdicts. You’re confident in your understanding of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, and you’re comfortable pushing cases forward from filing to trial.

Responsibilities:

• Taking ownership of your litigation cases from petition to trial, including depositions, mediations, and expert selection,
• Drafting motions, attending hearings, and applying strategic insight to every phase of the case,
• Managing case staff including your dedicated to ensure tasks are properly executed and deadlines are met,
• Participating in one-on-one mentorship with our lead trial lawyer and absorbing best practices from industry greats like Mitnik, Rowley, and Panish,
• Building client relationships, coordinating with opposing counsel, and maintaining crystal-clear communication throughout the litigation process.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience working on the plaintiff’s side at a personal injury litigation firm
• Experience working with and deposing retained experts,

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motor vehicle accident litigation and/or premises liability,
• Solid understanding of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure,.
• A track record of stepping up, staying organized, and owning your role as the case quarterback,.
• A passion for learning—from legal strategies to personal development.
