Pay is negotiable based on experience. We are looking for someone who can work part-time in person with the opportunity for remote work.

About the Role We’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive paralegal who can take ownership of cases and move them forward efficiently. The ideal candidate will be able to assess case records, determine which records are missing, and take action with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Draft and prepare legal documents ✔ Communicate with clients and medical record facilities ✔ Request, review, and dispute subrogation liens ✔ Assist with case management and filing ✔ Ensure deadlines and procedural requirements are met

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience in personal injury law is a plus ✅ Self-starter mentality – you should be able to assess cases and take initiative ✅ Strong communication and organizational skills ✅ Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases at once ✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
