They act as the primary point of contact, ensuring clients are informed, supported, and confident in the legal process. This paralegal position at Fasig Brooks is responsible for building relationships with new clients and opening their cases, ensuring their cases are maximized from the very start. This role is critical to setting the tone for the entire client experience—delivering white glove service from day one and ensuring that no detail is missed as cases enter the system. With accuracy, efficiency, and compassion, you’ll investigate claims, gather essential documentation, set up the case file, and collaborate closely with intake and case management teams. You will ensure each case starts strong, clean, and positioned for maximum value and momentum. Responsibilities: • Handle initial client communication & provide support to the client after their injury or loss • Identify any red flags and investigate the incident further to confirm the viability of the case • Confirm insurance coverages & identify defendants • Draft and send all necessary correspondence to open the case and preserve evidence, including Letters of Representation, Spoliation Letters, and Subrogation Letters • Secure all reports and evidence files available • Conduct public record requests and data searches to strengthen the case • Set up the client file in our CRM, Filevine, and ensure that all information needed for the rest of the case is present in the system • Uphold the firm’s service standard of white glove, concierge-level client care from the very beginning of the case Qualifications: • 2–5 years of experience in personal injury or insurance defense law • Deep respect for detail, accuracy, and process—someone who finds satisfaction in getting it exactly right • Excellent communication and customer service skills; confident speaking with clients and teammates alike • Proficiency with case management software (experience with Filevine is a plus) • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines • Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor—able to reassure clients and inspire confidence • Tech-savvy and adaptable, with the ability to follow standard operating procedures and suggest improvements when needed • Bilingual (especially Spanish) is a plus, but not required Compensation: Compensation- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience, typically ranging from $60,000 to $70,000+. We reward excellence — top performers and experienced professionals can expect compensation at the higher end of this range.
