We are looking for people who are: • Kind and compassionate • Authentic and real • Responsible and trustworthy • Ambitious Accountable for results • Excellent communication and people skills are essential • Candidates must be highly organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Outstanding attention to detail Responsibilities: • Client communication • E-filing • Drafting shells for motions/pleadings • Calendar • Letters to counsel, client, and other parties involved • Assisting with scheduling Depos, mediations, DMEs • Getting records from Experts • Preparing docs (jury fees, CMC statements, subpoenas, meet & confers) • Trial doc prep (exhibits binders and trial binders) – Gabby would need to help with putting the binders together • Follow the Code of Civil Procedure • Propound/ Respond to Discovery • You will assist our attorneys in requesting numerous documents related to case work-up, such as medical records, insurance letters, DMV documents, and more • You will be responsible for communicating with insurance companies, experts, and other third-party vendors • You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining clients' electronic files within our case management systems Qualifications: • 2-5 years of personal injury experience • Bilingual in English and Spanish • Investigative mindset • Ability to manage high volume of cases • Excellent client service and communication skills • Self-starter driven by long-term career goals • Familiar with Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications Preferred Requirements: • Experience in CA, AZ, and/or WA Compensation: $28 - $35 hourly
