Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of case litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and legal correspondence. • Manage case files in our firm's CRM (Filevine), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and organization. • Supporting clients and providing regular case updates in a compassionate and clear manner. • Track and manage deadlines, including court dates, discovery responses, and statute of limitations. • Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, trial binders, and evidence. • Provide reassurance and guidance to clients during stressful and emotional situations. We reward excellence — top performers and experienced professionals can expect compensation at the higher end of this range.
