Responsibilities: • Conducting client correspondence and maintaining client communications • Preparing and organizing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials • Managing case files and ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accurately filed • Conducting legal research and gathering relevant information to support cases • Assisting attorneys in trial preparation and attending trials as needed • Coordinating and scheduling appointments, depositions, and meetings • Communicating with medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties involved in cases • Drafting correspondence and other legal documents as required Qualifications: • Associate’s degree or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal in a personal injury law firm or law firm preferred • Strong understanding of personal injury law and legal procedures • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in legal research tools and case management software • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • High level of professionalism and confidentiality • Works well with others • Ability to help manage our new Eau Claire, WI, office Compensation: $42,000 - $53,000 yearly
