Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 2–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of personal injury files as they move into the litigation phase and will play a critical role in managing the case through trial preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assume responsibility for cases as they enter litigation
Draft and file pleadings and discovery documents
Prepare and respond to interrogatories, requests for production, and other discovery
Coordinate and maintain medical records and billing documentation
Create and organize trial binders and assist with trial preparation
Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely compliance with court and procedural rules
Communicate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel
Support attorneys with day-to-day case management tasks
Qualifications:
Minimum 2–3 years of litigation paralegal experience in personal injury
Proficiency in preparing pleadings, discovery responses, and trial documents
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with case management software a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
