Personal Injury Paralegal (Spanish Required) – Beverly Hills, CA

Pay: $28.00 – $50.00 per hour

We are a high-volume, well-established personal injury law firm in Beverly Hills seeking a full-time Paralegal to join our growing litigation team.

This position is ideal for an experienced PI paralegal who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, while being supported by attorneys, legal assistants, and structured systems.

Responsibilities:

Manage and support personal injury cases from intake through litigation

Communicate with clients in Spanish and English

Assist attorneys with case management and litigation preparation

Prepare and organize medical records, demands, and case documents

Track deadlines and ensure timely follow-up

Maintain accurate case notes and files within the case management system

Coordinate with clients, providers, and internal staff

Qualifications:

Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written) – required

1+ year of personal injury paralegal experience – required

Paralegal Certificate or Associate Degree – required

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Comfortable handling a high-volume caseload

Professional communication and client service skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat

FileVine experience preferred, but not required (training provided)

Compensation & Benefits:

$25.00 – $50.00 per hour, based on experience and performance
