Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal Washington Legal Group – Atlanta, GA (On-Site) Full-Time | Monday–Friday Washington Legal Group is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support our fast-paced, client-focused PI practice. This is an on-site role in our Atlanta, GA office, working closely with attorneys to manage litigation cases from discovery through trial. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-driven, and committed to delivering outstanding client service. Responsibilities: • Manage PI litigation files from pre-suit through trial preparation • Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses • Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial calendars • Request, review, and summarize medical records and bills • Maintain deadlines and attorney calendars using case management software • Communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, experts, medical providers, and court staff • Assist attorneys with trial prep, exhibits, and document production • Maintain organized digital and physical case files Qualifications: • 3+ years of Personal Injury litigation paralegal experience required • Strong knowledge of Georgia state court rules and filing procedures • Proficient with legal software, Microsoft Office, and case management systems • Excellent writing, drafting, and proofreading skills • Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment and meet strict deadlines • Strong communication skills and professional client-facing demeanor • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly
