Responsibilities: • Supervision of Support Staff • Client Intakes • Assemble Demand Packages for Insurance Carriers; • Settlement Negotiations Qualifications: • Proficiency in computers is vital • Excellent negotiation, drafting, research, and communication skills are desired • State Bar Association membership and state license to practice law is mandatory • A good understanding of personal injury law/ tort law, medical terminology, wrongful death, civil and family law, and medical malpractice is desired Compensation: $65,000 to start
