Responsibilities: • Provide legal counsel and analyze client needs to identify solutions and determine case strategies; • Manage case managers and legal assistants in connection with keeping track of case progression; • Draft correspondence and review demands; • Message us your favorite ice cream flavor after applying; • Negotiate the best outcome for clients; • Perform legal research. Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; • Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction; • Prior experience working for a plaintiff personal injury law firm for a minimum of 2 years required ; • Prior experience negotiating personal injury claims required; • Decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a must; • Must be able to understand medical records and medical treatment; • Must understand the nuances in commercial cases; • Must be able to do legal research for complex issues; • Must be able to handle a docket with minimal supervision; • Must be able to effectively manage a team of legal assistants. Compensation: $110,000+ and bonus eligible
