We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Case Manager. In this role, you will handle you own portfolio of complex Pre-litigation cases in a firm that values client care and compassion.

Qualifications:

5+ years Pre-Litigation Personal Injury experience

Fluent in Spanish and English

Highly organized and detail oriented

Experience auditing cases

Caring and compassionate to Clients

Skilled in Demand writing and communication

Skilled with office tech (Microsoft Office Suite, CASEpeer, Adobe, Docusign, etc.)

Job duties include:

Managing portfolio of complex Personal Injury Pre-litigation Cases

Drafting demand letters

Settling injury claims
