    Are you a detail-oriented, highly motivated pre-litigation paralegal ready to take charge of case management and keep the pre-suit process running smoothly from start to finish? We’re on the lookout for a highly organized and proactive Pre-Suit Paralegal/Case Manager to support our legal team with expertise and enthusiasm! The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and ensuring they feel supported throughout the pre-suit process.Records Requests: Obtain, track, and organize medical records, bills, and lien information from healthcare providers and facilities.Public Records Requests: Draft and send requests for incident reports, 911 calls, body cam footage, and other government/public records relevant to case development.Demand Preparation: Assist attorneys with drafting demand letters, including compiling medical summaries, damages documentation, and supporting exhibits.Insurance Communication: Correspond with insurance adjusters regarding claims, policy limits, demands, and supporting documentation.Case Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files in the firm’s case management system, ensuring deadlines are tracked and met.Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys, case managers, and litigation staff to ensure a seamless transition if a case proceeds to litigation. Qualifications: • Talented verbal communicator and writer • Must have great time-management skills, and organizational skills • Must have 3-5 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer, preferably in a personal injury law firm Compensation: $48,500 - $60,000 (DOE; Plus Bonuses Based on Performance)
