Clearly communicate the firm’s value and secure signed retainers

Follow up aggressively on all unconverted leads

    Sales Performance

Meet and exceed monthly conversion and retention goals

Track lead sources, conversion rates, and pipeline activity

Maintain consistent follow-up cadence (calls, texts, emails)

Overcome objections and guide clients to confident decisions

    Client Experience

Deliver a high-touch, professional, and reassuring experience

Educate potential clients on the process without giving legal advice

Ensure all client information is accurately captured and documented

    Systems & Coordination

Input and manage all leads in CRM (e.g., CasePeer or similar)

Coordinate with attorneys and case managers for case onboarding

Ensure all required documents are obtained and properly uploaded
