Responsibilities: • Keep accurate personal information for all sales prospects and customers within insurance company databases • Review insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits in order to recommend modifications, as needed • Employ creative networking and sales strategies to generate leads that convert prospective clients into new clients • Present existing and prospective customers with individualized policy options, quote calculations, and educational materials to meet their needs • Resolve billing, policy change, coverage, and insurance claims issues using exemplary customer service skills Qualifications: • Superb written and verbal communications skills required • Must be an effective collaborator who takes a goal-oriented approach to sales • Strong aptitude for computer programs including Microsoft Office required; agency management system experience preferred • Must hold a valid, state-issued insurance license(s): Property and Casualty Insurance License and/or Life and Health Insurance License • Deep knowledge of available insurance policies and insurance coverage offerings, including their limits and value propositions Compensation: $70,000 base + commission
