Personal Lines Account Executive - Independent Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 55k/year - Burlington, NJ

• Our client, a 100+ year old well-established independent insurance agency based in Burlington, NJ, is looking for a Personal Lines Account Executive to join their growing team. They pride themselves on their rich history of protection, integrity, and service to their loyal customer base.
  
• The Personal Lines Account Executive is responsible for the prompt, efficient, and effective processing and management of producers’ and customers’ requests for quotes, renewals, endorsements, claims (as a back-up role), premium audits, new business, and for addressing other policies and customer inquiries and information.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day account maintenance to home, auto, and umbrella personal lines policy client base.
  
• Receive and review renewal requests and processes in a timely manner.
  
• Process endorsements, ID cards, proof of insurance, and coverage/account updates.
  
• Partner with producers and assist with the marketing/remarketing and quoting of new business

Qualifications:

• Experience working with an independent agency with multiple carriers.
  
• Familiar with auto, home, and umbrella insurance policies.
  
• 2+ years of experience with Personal Lines.
  
• Proficiency with AMS360.
  
• Ability to work in-office.

Compensation:

• Base salary to 55k/year plus potential for year-end bonuses and profit sharing.
