Personal Lines Account Manager - Independent Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 80k/year - Easton, PA

• Our client, a growing 50+ year old independent insurance agency in the Easton, PA area, who has an immediate need for a Personal Lines Account Manager. They provide PA and NJ with client-focused solutions for personal insurance, commercial insurance, and life/employee benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advice and counsel on personal lines matters to an assigned personal lines book of business. Meet daily servicing needs of our clients. Coordinate and oversee services provided by company service centers.
  
• Evaluate prospect’s current insurance program and offer alternatives based on coverage and price. Present proposals and finalize sale.
  
• Ensure maximum retention of assigned personal lines book of business. Work proactively to re-market policies whenever appropriate.
  
• Round out monoline accounts by offering quotes for additional lines of business.
  
• Maintain high proficiency level with carrier website rating systems, to provide accurately priced alternative quotes to clients and prospects.
  
• Quote and place new business from referrals, walk-ins and call-ins as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in personal lines
  
• P&C Licensed
  
• AMS360 experience a plus.

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 80k/year plus commission opportunities on new & renewal business.
  
• Does not offer health insurance at this time.
  
• Benefits package includes 401k, PTO, 9-5pm schedule.
  
• This role is fully in-office with flexibility for hybrid depending on experience.
