    Personal Lines Account Manager

    Location: The Woodlands, TX

    Salary: $50,000 to $65,000 + Commission & Bonuses

This growing, family-owned independent agency is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to provide outstanding service and support across a generalist personal lines book of business. The agency is in growth mode and is seeking someone who wants to grow alongside a supportive, empowered team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and service a personal lines book of business, including auto, homeowners, renters, umbrella, and other personal policies
    • Handle day-to-day servicing tasks such as policy changes, renewals, quoting, re-marketing, billing inquiries, and client communications
    • Provide exceptional service by educating clients, resolving issues promptly, and proactively identifying coverage needs
    • Support producers by preparing quotes, issuing binders, and managing follow-up documentation
    • Maintain accurate records in the agency management system (Applied Epic experience is a plus)
    • Stay current with carrier guidelines, product offerings, and underwriting requirements

    Qualifications:

    • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager or similar client-facing insurance role
    • Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products including auto, home, and umbrella
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude
    • Experience using an agency management system (Applied Epic preferred but not required)
    • Active Property and Casualty (P&C) license required

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Competitive salary range of $50,000 to $65,000 based on experience
