  • Responsibilities

    A well-established insurance agency north of Boston is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join its collaborative, service-driven culture. This role is focused on managing an existing book of business and supporting inbound personal lines clients across auto, home, renters, condo, flood, and boat policies. Unlike sales-heavy positions, there is no cold calling required—your focus will be on providing high-quality service and ensuring client satisfaction.

    The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of personal lines account management experience with quoting knowledge, and a passion for delivering responsive, customized insurance solutions to meet each client’s needs.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in personal lines account management, including quoting and servicing renewals

    • Massachusetts P&C Producer license preferred (agency will provide training if needed)

    • Bilingual Spanish a plus

    • Strong organizational and client service skills

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Competitive base salary of $40,000–70,000 plus bonuses and annual profit sharing

    • Income potential can reach $90K

    • Commission on new and renewal business (if licensed)
