About the Role

As a Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, providing exceptional service to our clients, and helping them find the best insurance solutions to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts

Provide exceptional customer service to personal lines clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Assess personal lines client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options

Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, process policies, and ensure accurate coverage

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance

Active insurance license in OK

Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
