Responsibilities: • Take an innovative approach to networking and sales strategies to identify and secure new clients • Check insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits to determine whether modifications are necessary • Maintain a high standard of customer service excellence when solving billing, policy change, claims, or coverage related issues • Facilitate sales by keeping accurate records of personal information of prospects and customers within insurance company databases • Customize personal lines insurance policy options, quotes, and educational materials for potential and current customers Qualifications: • Must hold a valid, state-issued insurance license(s): Property and Casualty Insurance License and/or Life and Health Insurance License • Stellar verbal and written communications skills mandatory • Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs; experience using agency management systems considered a plus • Goal-oriented sales approach and effective collaboration skills are needed • In-depth knowledge of available insurance policies and insurance coverage offerings along with their key differentiators Compensation: $45,000 - $75,000 at plan earnings
