Responsibilities: • Ensure up-to-date information within insurance company databases to effectively drive sales and current customers • Modify insurance coverage, as needed, by regularly assessing their accuracy, coverage, and limits • Customize personal lines insurance policy options, quotes, and educational materials for potential and current customers • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation to expand the agency’s customer base • Write profitable, retainable insurance policies by matching customers with appropriate coverage and carriers based on risk profile and underwriting guidelines • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and follow-up communication Qualifications: • Strong aptitude for computer programs including Microsoft Office required; agency management system experience preferred • Deep knowledge of available insurance policies and insurance coverage offerings, including their limits and value propositions • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills are a must • Must hold a valid, state-issued insurance license(s): Property and Casualty Insurance License and/or Life and Health Insurance License • Previous experience in the insurance industry as an insurance producer for personal lines Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 yearly
