Responsibilities: • Ensure up-to-date information within insurance company databases to effectively drive sales and current customers • Deliver a high level of customer service when resolving billing, policy change, coverage, and claims issues • Customize personal lines insurance policy options, quotes, and educational materials for potential and current customers Qualifications: • In-depth knowledge of available insurance policies and insurance coverage offerings along with their key differentiators • Previous experience in the insurance industry as an insurance producer for personal lines • Strong aptitude for computer programs including Microsoft Office required; agency management system experience preferred • Must hold a valid, state-issued insurance license(s): Property and Casualty Insurance License and/or Life and Health Insurance License • Effective collaborator with a goal-oriented approach to achieving sales success Compensation: $65,000
