Responsibilities: • Facilitate sales by keeping accurate records of personal information of prospects and customers within insurance company databases • Take an innovative approach to networking and sales strategies to identify and secure new clients • Modify insurance coverage, as needed, by regularly assessing their accuracy, coverage, and limits • Compose tailored policy options, quotes, and educational materials to prospective and existing insurance clients • Resolve billing, policy change, coverage, and insurance claims issues using exemplary customer service skills Qualifications: • Must hold a valid, state-issued insurance license(s): Property and Casualty Insurance License and/or Life and Health Insurance License • A thorough understanding of all insurance company policies and insurance coverage offerings, including their costs and benefits • Prior experience in the insurance industry as an insurance producer for personal lines • Goal-oriented sales approach and effective collaboration skills are needed • Must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience working in the insurance industry Compensation: $45,000 - $75,000 at plan earnings
