Responsibilities: • Customize personal lines insurance policy options, quotes, and educational materials for potential and current customers • Check insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits to determine whether modifications are necessary • Take an innovative approach to networking and sales strategies to identify and secure new clients • Maintain a high standard of customer service excellence when solving billing, policy change, claims, or coverage related issues • Keep accurate personal information for all sales prospects and customers within insurance company databases Qualifications: • Strong aptitude for computer programs including Microsoft Office required; agency management system experience preferred • In-depth knowledge of available insurance policies and insurance coverage offerings along with their key differentiators • Goal-oriented sales approach and effective collaboration skills are needed • Valid, state issued insurance license is mandatory: Property and Casualty Insurance License and/or Life and Health Insurance License • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills are a must Compensation: $45,000 - $75,000 at plan earnings
