Responsibilities: • Take an innovative approach to networking and sales strategies to identify and secure new clients • Maintain a high standard of customer service excellence when solving billing, policy change, claims, or coverage related issues • Check insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits to determine whether modifications are necessary • Present existing and prospective customers with individualized policy options, quote calculations, and educational materials to meet their needs • Keep accurate personal information for all sales prospects and customers within insurance company databases Qualifications: • Valid, state issued insurance license is mandatory: Property and Casualty Insurance License and/or Life and Health Insurance License • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent insurance industry experience and a high school diploma are required • Proficiency in Microsoft Office mandatory; proficiency in agency management systems preferred Compensation: $55,000 to start + generous commission package
