Responsibilities: • Check insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits to determine whether modifications are necessary • Facilitate sales by keeping accurate records of personal information of prospects and customers within insurance company databases • Customize personal lines insurance policy options, quotes, and educational materials for potential and current customers • Take an innovative approach to networking and sales strategies to identify and secure new clients • Deliver a high level of customer service when resolving billing, policy change, coverage, and claims issues Qualifications: • Prior experience in the insurance industry as an insurance producer for personal lines • A thorough understanding of all insurance company policies and insurance coverage offerings, including their costs and benefits • Must be an effective collaborator who takes a goal-oriented approach to sales • Stellar verbal and written communications skills mandatory • A high school diploma is required - a bachelor's degree or comparable insurance industry experience is a must Compensation: $45,000 - $75,000 at plan earnings
