    Job Summary

    We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Representative to focus on generating new business through outside sales. This role requires a proactive individual skilled in building relationships, identifying client needs, and closing sales to grow the agency's customer base.

    Key Responsibilities

    Conduct outside sales to generate new business opportunities and bring in new clients.

    Identify and approach potential clients to discuss insurance options tailored to their needs.

    Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.

    Complete and submit new business applications and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.

    Compensation

    Base salary of $40,000 per year

    Commission on each new business policy brought into the agency

    Additional bonus opportunities based on individual and agency performance

    $1,000 sign-on bonus for Licensed Insurance Professionals.

    Qualifications

    Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

    Experience: Previous experience in outside sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.

    Skills: Strong sales skills, proficient in computer and phone systems, effective problem-solving abilities, and customer service orientation.

    Licensing: Preference for candidates with a P&C and Life license. If unlicensed, must obtain P&C license prior to start date and Life licensing within 60 days (agency will reimburse the cost).
