    About the Role

    We are seeking a licensed and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standards environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional client experiences.

    This is a fully remote role working with an established book of business, supporting clients through policy service, coverage guidance, and proactive account management.

    The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, confident communicating with clients, and comfortable taking ownership of accounts.

    What You’ll Do

    Manage a personal lines book of business with a client-first mindset

    Provide coverage guidance and professional recommendations

    Handle policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and remarkets

    Conduct account reviews and identify coverage gaps

    Support retention efforts through proactive communication

    Collaborate with producers and service team members

    Document activity and maintain accurate file documentation

    Follow established workflows and service standards

    What We’re Looking For

    Active Property & Casualty license (required)

    3+ years personal lines account management experience

    Strong coverage knowledge (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)

    Experience working within an agency management system

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Strong organization and time management

    Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

    High level of accountability and follow-through

    Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
