Personal Lines Supervisor - Insurance - Base Salary to 105k/year - York, PA

• Our client, an established independent insurance agency, is seeking a Personal Lines Supervisor to help manage a personal lines book of business, primarily consisting of high-net-worth (HNW) and private client accounts, while supervising a team of three direct reports. This position combines hands-on personal lines account management with department leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and service a personal lines book of business, primarily supporting high-net-worth (HNW) and private client insurance accounts
• Supervise and support a team of three direct reports within the personal lines department
• Oversee the completion of departmental projects and implementation of department initiatives
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and participate in salary review processes
• Lead monthly personal lines department meetings

Qualifications:

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
• 10+ years of personal lines account management experience required
• Experience managing or servicing personal lines insurance accounts and books of business

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 90k - 105k/year range plus a full benefits package consisting of health insurance, year-end profit-sharing bonus, team building events, volunteering for the local community, etc.
• Hybrid schedule from their York or Shillington, PA location. 3 days in, 2 days remote.
