Job Description:
We are looking for a versatile and self-motivated Personal Sales Assistant & Video Editor to support sales operations and create engaging video content. This dual-role position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and creative ability to edit videos that drive engagement and sales. You'll assist with managing client communications, organizing schedules, and editing video content for social media, marketing, and promotional use.
Responsibilities:
Sales Assistant Duties:
Support daily sales activities and client interactions
Organize and maintain schedules, contacts, and communication logs
Respond to emails, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
Help manage leads, CRM data, and follow-ups
Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations
Video Editing Duties:
Edit video content for marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns
Add text overlays, transitions, effects, and audio enhancements
Maintain brand consistency in all visual content
Work with raw footage to create polished, engaging videos
Meet tight deadlines and collaborate on creative direction
Requirements:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.)
Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
Self-starter with a proactive and professional attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
Sales or customer service experience
Basic graphic design knowledge is a plus
Familiarity with CRM tools and scheduling software
