    This Isn’t Your Average Fitness Job. Body By Choice Training is looking for a driven, coachable individual to join our team of 15 exceptional coaches. While our 9–5 roster is full, we are ready to build a schedule for the right person. Responsibilities: • Design personalized fitness programs tailored to each client's goals and abilities, ensuring a safe and effective workout experience. • Lead engaging and motivating sessions that inspire participants to push their limits and achieve their fitness aspirations. • Monitor client progress closely, providing constructive feedback and adjusting plans to maintain momentum and results. • Foster a supportive and inclusive environment where every client feels valued and encouraged to reach their potential. • Collaborate with fellow trainers to share insights and strategies, enhancing the overall client experience and team success. • Stay informed on the latest fitness trends and techniques, integrating new knowledge into client programs for optimal outcomes. • Maintain a clean and organized workout space, ensuring equipment is safe and ready for use at all times. Qualifications: • Experience in designing personalized fitness programs that cater to diverse client needs and goals. • Ability to lead dynamic and motivating fitness sessions that inspire clients to achieve their best. • Proven track record of monitoring client progress and providing actionable feedback to ensure continuous improvement. • Strong commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all clients. • Collaborative spirit to work effectively with fellow trainers, sharing insights and strategies for team success. • Up-to-date knowledge of current fitness trends and techniques, with a willingness to integrate new methods into client programs. • Attention to detail in maintaining a clean and organized workout space, ensuring safety and readiness of equipment at all times. Compensation: $18 - $30 hourly
