Job Summary
Small group programming in corporate fitness center
Weekly commitment of 1 hour / week w/ add'l opportunity to be considered for sub coverage
General Accountabilities
Generate an all encompassing full body 45 minute class template
Lead small group fitness classes of up to 8 individuals
Ability to independently progress / regress an exercises to cater to needs of individual class participants
Evaluates individuals' abilities, needs, and physical conditions, and develops suitable training programs to meet any special needs.
Observes and informs individuals' of corrective measures necessary for skill improvement.
Monitors individuals' progress and adapts training programs as needed.
Teaches and demonstrates use of training and exercise equipment.

Job Qualifications Education: Associate's degree or training in a vocational school Experience: Certified personal trainer with 0-2 years of related experience
