    Position Overview

    We are seeking a motivated, approachable, professional coach to join our team.

    This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in both one-on-one personal training and small group class settings, and who values delivering a high-level client experience.

    The right candidate is knowledgeable, eager to continue learning, and excited to contribute to a team environment centered around dependable and thoughtful individualized coaching.

    Preference given to applicants with availability in the early morning (5:00 a.m. and on) and evenings (5:00 p.m. and on) on weekdays, as well as Saturday mornings/early afternoons.

    What We’re Looking For

    Must-Haves

    Strong coaching presence and communication skills

    Ability to work with all levels (beginner → advanced)

    Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented

    Growth mindset and openness to feedback

    Eager to continue learning and growing as a coach

    Approachable and able to build strong client relationships

    Preferred

    Personal training certification

    Experience with program design & progressive overload

    Understanding of biomechanics and injury considerations

    Responsibilities

    Lead high-quality personal training sessions tailored to each client’s goals and needs

    Coach small group classes with energy, professionalism, and attention to detail

    Deliver an individualized and supportive training experience to every client

    Assist in creating a clean, organized, and welcoming facility environment

    Maintain professionalism and punctuality at all times

    Collaborate with the team to uphold the culture and standards of the facility

    Continue developing coaching knowledge and skill set through ongoing learning

    Compensation

    Session-based pay (based on experience & role)
