Is Forge Personal Training a good fit for you ?
Forge was founded on a couple of key concepts:
Helping others improve their health and fitness is one of the most impactful ways to change a person’s life and most rewarding roles to be in.
We are a collaboration of coaches passionate about helping others navigate the challenges of growth. We act as an example for our clients, not by being perfect, but by practicing our own habits around health and fitness while embracing challenges with self compassion and support from each other.
The traditional methods of offering personal training do not set the typical adult client up for success with high barriers, restrictive schedules, uncomfortable environments and support not centered in the areas they need most.
We know to be successful a client’s lifestyle needs to align with the outcome they are striving for. All of our coaches provide support to clients in areas of both fitness and nutrition. Creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for the clients in the facility to build strength, learn about their bodies and progress without judgement. Outside of the facility we provide accountability, guidance and structure so they can build healthy relationships around food with skills and habits to support their goals sustainably.
If you prioritize the well-being and growth of the COACH, all areas of the business will thrive.
If we put our focus into providing coaches a role that is impactful, provides strong & stable compensation and support to develop their talents they will serve the clients more effectively, stay in the industry longer, grow to new levels of skill and ultimately raise the quality of the industry as a whole. Then coaches will be looked at with the respect and appreciation they deserve to be able to charge appropriately for their services and keep the business thriving.
We have used these principles since 2015 in West Windsor, NJ and since 2025 in Newtown, PA to build an exceptional team and community of clients. We look forward to continuing to grow our impact on the local communities and more in the years to come!
