Job Summary
Looking to grow as a coach in a supportive, community-focused studio? Alloy Personal Training is hiring passionate trainers to lead small group sessions (max 6 clients) and help adults over 35 move better, feel stronger, and love fitness.
Responsibilities
Facilitate small group personal training sessions with great technical coaching and connecting with clients to create a best-in-class training experience.
Assist Director with community-building, local organic marketing, and turning prospects into members.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must hold a Nationally Recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, CSCS, ISSA, NCCPT, NCSF, ACE, etc. OR a BA in Kinesiology or Exercise Science)
AT LEAST 1 year of experience as a personal trainer or conducting small group training sessions
Experience in presales or other applicable fitness-related sales
Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
Computer literacy
First aid and CPR-certified
Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
